  • Cold Runner Plastic Injection Molds – Plastic is injected into the runner system which redirects it into the individual cavities; this is a lower start up cost method, than the Hot Runner Injection Mold.
  • Hot Runner Plastic Injection Molds – Plastic is forced directly into each individual cavity thus eliminating the need for the runner, giving reduced raw material cost and reduced handling
  • Multiple-Shot Plastic Injection Molds (can be up to 4 shots) – an efficient and  cost effective method to producing parts requiring 2 or more colours molded at the same time; Great way to make the product with visual appeal and to include Logos together with your corporate colours; Branding.
  • Insert Molds – or ,over-mold, molding plastic around other substrate, such as metals including carbon steel, aluminum, and brass or other plastics used for housings and tubes, the combining of different plastics gives different performance characteristics ie a Chemical resistant outer shell with a high strength inner core.
